According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR")
I. CONTROLLER

2) The Company has not appointed a data protection officer.
3) Your personal data is processed by the Company. Processing takes place at its establishments, branches, and headquarters by authorized employees of the Company or by processors. Data is processed using computer technology, or manually for data in paper form, while observing all security principles for data administration and processing. The Company makes every effort to ensure your privacy is protected while using its services. The Company has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation, and unauthorized access. These measures are constantly adjusted to technological progress and developments.
II. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
1) You are not obliged to provide personal data to the Company. However, providing your personal data is a requirement for concluding a contract with the Company. The Company requests your personal data solely for its own needs (for the reason, purpose, and duration specified below). Your personal data will never be sold to other entities or used commercially otherwise.
2) The Company primarily processes the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Bank account
- Company ID and VAT number (for self-employed individuals)
- Additional data provided with your consent beyond legal obligations
3) The Company obtains the processed personal data either directly from you (e.g., during service registration or individual correspondence), or from publicly available registries, lists, and records (e.g., commercial register, trade register, public phone directory).
III. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1) Personal data needs to be processed to create offers, conclude and fulfill contracts, manage customer accounts, and fulfill related contractual or legal obligations such as archiving tax documents and handling complaints. The legal basis is therefore the fulfillment of a contract (per Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), fulfillment of legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2) The Company's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) also includes direct marketing—your personal data is processed for distributing commercial communications about our similar services, satisfaction surveys, birthday or holiday greetings, market news, and simple analytics (e.g., website visit measurement). If your data is processed for direct marketing, you have the right to object to such processing.
3) If you have given consent to the Company (e.g., in competitions, marketing events, newsletter sign-ups), your personal data is processed on the basis of this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for purposes like offering services, sending marketing materials, and informing about Company events.
4) The Company informs customers that it is committed to constantly improving its services and customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we process data you provided (name, surname, email address, phone number, transaction date, order ID, and information about purchased products). The reason for processing is the legitimate interest in improving our services and customer satisfaction.
5) After purchasing our products, we will send you a satisfaction survey. For evaluation, we cooperate with our partners: spolehliverecenze.cz and eKomi Holding GmbH, to whom we pass on the above data.
6) If you disagree with receiving the satisfaction survey or with your data being shared with the above-mentioned companies, you have the right to object by emailing support@intercut.cz or by following the instructions in the survey.
IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
1) Your data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the contract and store tax documents for the ordered service. Based on legitimate interest, your data may be processed for 3 years, or until you object to such processing.
2) If you have given consent, your data will be processed for 3 years or until you withdraw your consent, which can be done in writing to the Company address or via email to info@intercut.cz
V. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
1) Your data is processed by the Company, but may also be processed by:
- External service providers (e.g., developers or technical support, server services)
- Backup server operators or technology providers used by the Company to ensure service functionality
- Accountants, auditors, and lawyers of the Company to provide consulting services
- Debt collection agencies or insurance providers for overdue receivables
- Public authorities
- Other service providers currently not used by the Company
2) The Company does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organizations.
VI. YOUR RIGHTS
1) You have the right to:
- Request information about what data the Company processes
- Request an explanation regarding the processing of your data
- Access your personal data and request updates or corrections
- Request deletion or restriction of your personal data
- Data portability
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (as per section III.2)
- If you doubt compliance with data protection obligations, contact the Company or the Data Protection Authority
