According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR)

I. DATA CONTROLLER

2) The company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

3) Personal data is processed by the Company at its operations, branches, and headquarters, by authorized employees or intermediaries. Processing is carried out using IT systems or manually, with all security measures in place. The Company has implemented technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, tampering, and unauthorized access, and these measures are updated continuously according to technological developments.

II. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

1) Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract. Without this data, services cannot be provided.

2) The Company mainly processes the following data:

First and last name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Bank account information
Company ID and Tax ID (for entrepreneurs – natural persons)
Data provided based on your consent

3) The Company collects data directly from you (registration, order, communication) or from public registers.

III. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

1) Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Preparation of offers, conclusion, and performance of contracts
Management of customer accounts
Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax agenda, complaints)

Legal basis:

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract)
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation)
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)

2) Legitimate interest also includes direct marketing (sending information about similar products, satisfaction surveys, simple website traffic analysis). You may object to this processing at any time.

3) If consent has been given (e.g., newsletter, competitions, marketing campaigns), processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4) We also process order data (name, email, phone, order number, purchased products) to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

5) For this purpose, we send post-purchase satisfaction surveys. We cooperate with partners spolehliverecenze.cz and eKomi Holding GmbH, to whom we provide this data.

6) If you do not wish to receive satisfaction surveys, you may object at any time by emailing support@intercut.cz or directly via the link in the survey.

IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

1) Data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations. In the case of legitimate interest, up to 3 years, unless you object.

2) If processing is based on consent, data will be retained for up to 3 years or until consent is withdrawn (withdrawal is possible by email to support@intercut.cz or in writing).

V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

1) Data is primarily processed by the Company but may also be provided to:

IT and hosting service providers
Backup system providers
Tax advisors, auditors, lawyers (to the necessary extent)
Collection agencies or insurance companies (for unpaid claims)
Public authorities as required by law

2) Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU or to international organizations.
