DINITROL 410 UV NF is a 1-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant with good resistance and UV stability. The sealant is fast-drying and elastic and can be overcoated with most paints.
2-C acrylic paints can be applied using the "wet on wet" process. Paints containing alcohol and alkyd resins complicate curing.

Area of application
DINITROL 410 UV NF is used for bonding and sealing in various industrial areas, such as bus, truck, and mobile home manufacturing. The material adheres well to bare and painted metals, thermosets (glass fiber reinforced plastic and rigid PVC), wood, and glass. It is suitable for sealing overlaps and expansion joints in visible interior and exterior surfaces during utility vehicle production. It is recommended to conduct an adhesion test before application on complex substrates.
Application method
DINITROL 410 UV NF is applied at room temperature. The surface to be treated must be clean and free of dust, oil, and grease. Use DINITROL 582 to clean contaminated substrates. Application from a cartridge or sausage bag is done using commercially available spray guns. The geometry of the bead and the layer thickness for bonding depend on the maximum load caused by movement in the bonded joint. DINITROL 410 UV NF cures depending on the dimensions of the joint, humidity, and temperature.
