Description
Loctite 277 is a high-strength thread locker designed for permanent sealing and securing of threaded connections. After curing, it achieves very good strength and resistance. It cures without air access between two metal surfaces. Loctite 277 is primarily designed for large threads, but it can also be used for standard threaded connections, although you should consider its higher viscosity. Once cured, it prevents cracking, loosening, or complete release of bonded components. It is suitable for securing and locking really large structural bolts, among others. Additionally, it has a relatively high resistance to heat, up to 200 °C.
