Loctite 480 instant adhesive cures in the gap between two bonded surfaces, achieving handling strength in just a few seconds. Once fully cured, the bond is very strong and resistant to cracking and loosening. Loctite 480 exhibits very good resistance to impact stress and in cases of strong impact loading. It also resists moisture and temperature, up to 100 °C, which expands its suitability for use.
