LOCTITE 4902 - 20 G, FLEXIBLE SUPER GLUE

Usage Instructions:

1.  It is recommended that the bonded surfaces are clean and degreased. Clean all surfaces with a suitable Loctite cleaner and allow to dry.
2. To improve bonding results on low surface tension plastics, use Loctite 770 or 7239 primer on the bonded surfaces. Apply one thin layer and allow the surface to dry.
3. If necessary, LOCTITE activators can be used. Apply LOCTITE activator to one of the bonded surfaces (if you have already used primer on one surface, do not apply activator to it). Allow the activator to dry.
4. Apply glue to one of the bonded surfaces (do not apply glue to the activated surface). Do not use a brush, cloth, or paper to spread the glue. Within a few seconds, join the bonded components together. The components must be precisely aligned before the very short setting time of the glue causes it to resist slight movement.
5. To cure fillets or glue outside the bonded joint, LOCTITE® activator can be used. Spray or drip a suitable amount of activator onto the glue overflow.
6. The bonded joint should be firmly fixed or clamped until the glue's setting time is reached.
7. Before putting the bonded assembly into operational load, allow the product to cure properly to achieve full strength (typically 24 to 72 hours after assembly depending on joint size, material, and environmental conditions).
