Loctite AA 317 - 50 ml, Acrylics

Loctite AA 317 is a single-component acrylic adhesive designed for bonding closely fitting metal and ceramic parts. It features medium viscosity and cures at room temperature in the gap between the bonded surfaces using Loctite 734 activator.

Instructions for Use:

1. For the best bonding results, the surfaces to be bonded should be clean and degreased.

2. To ensure fast and reliable curing, Activator 734 should be applied to one of the bonded surfaces and the product to the other. The parts should be assembled within 15 minutes.

3. The recommended gap size is 0.05 mm. If the gap is larger (up to a maximum of 0.1 mm), or if a faster curing speed is desired, apply Activator 734 to both bonded surfaces. The parts should be assembled immediately (within 1 minute).

4. Excess product can be wiped away using an organic solvent.

5. The joint should be held firmly until the product begins to set on its own.

6. Before putting the bonded assembly into operational load, allow the product to cure properly to achieve full strength (typically 24 to 72 hours after assembly, depending on gap size, material, and environmental conditions).
