It is used for detecting leaks and small cracks. The application of the Loctite SF 7100 mixture is very easy; it is an aerosol spray that creates well-visible bubbles at the leak site. You can use it to uncover leaks in gas pressure pipes, in air conditioning ducts, and similar applications. It can be used on various pipe materials, but it is particularly effective on metals, plastics, or copper. The Loctite SF 7100 product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but it can only withstand temperatures up to 50 °C.
