SKF Explorer bearing 6304 2Z C3 - non-disassemblable single-row radial ball bearing with a steel cage guided by balls, featuring double-sided non-contact metal shields and a higher radial clearance than normal. The shields of the 6304-2Z C3 bearing are pressed into grooves in the outer ring and fit against the smooth inner ring. The 6304 2Z C3 bearing is designed for mounting with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality grease with a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C for the entire lifespan of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, there may be a leakage of grease at higher speeds. SKF 6304-2Z/C3 Explorer class bearings represent a new group of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to precision class P6.
