SKF NJ 2314 ECP/C3 Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NJ 2314 ECP/C3 - single-row, dismountable radial roller bearing with an injected window cage made of polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibers, featuring higher load capacity and a radial internal clearance greater than normal. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring has only one, allowing for axial movement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The NJ 2314 ECP/C3 bearing can be easily disassembled into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, and the inner ring for easier installation. SKF Explorer bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, and dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
