SKF NJ 307 ECP/C3 Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NJ 307 ECP C3 is a single-row, detachable radial roller bearing with a glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 window cage, offering higher load capacity and a radial internal clearance greater than normal. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring has only one, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The NJ 307 ECP C3 bearing can be easily disassembled into the outer ring with the cage and rollers and the inner ring for easier installation. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering significant improvements in key operational parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
