SKF NJ 316 ECP Roller Bearing

SKF Explorer NJ 316 ECP - single-row, dismountable radial roller bearing with a glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 window cage guided by rollers, offering higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C. The outer ring of the bearing has two guiding flanges, while the inner ring has only one, allowing for axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. The rollers are guided by the flanges. The bearing can be easily disassembled into the outer ring along with the cage and rollers, and the inner ring for easier installation. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, providing significant improvements in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity, and are manufactured with higher precision than standard. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to the P6 accuracy class.
